Requirement
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• 5+ years of professional experience in sales acquiring leads of B2B clients & customers, preferably with a background of working in a VC-funded tech startup
• Having experience in FMCG / Manufacturing / E-commerce industry in a plus
• Experience with leading a team of junior to mid-level salesperson (team-management)
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Excellent customer relationship management
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
• Fluency in both, English and the local language is a must

Responsibilities
• Research and identify new business opportunities globally and develop a sales funnel
• Manage a team of junior to mid-level sales team in the company - directly report to the CEO
• Manage sales reports, team report and performances on a weekly & monthly basis
• Acquire new leads of clients (Sellers - new brands) and B2B customers (Buyers) for new business growth.
• Reach out to appropriate contacts from clients & customers, acquired by self or marketing campaigns
• Manage Sellers accounts - onboard new sellers, and coordinate with the Customer Success team to manage the inventory listings & catalogs from sellers, and assist with logistics from sales orders.
• Manage Buyers accounts - offer and order of the inventories from assigned buyers' account (Indonesia-based and global), both import and export, and achieving & exceeding growth, buyer onboarding, and quarterly/ monthly sales targets.
• Have an understanding of the local market dynamics, trends, and competition
• Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies and programs to capture underserved segments of the market
• Effective communicator with ability to relate to local partners while also working with partners across Asia
• Provides on-the-ground support for teamwork
• Proactively share and identify unmet needs, gaps and opportunities to deliver greater value to customers, internal stakeholders, and our product
• Forecast accurately and maintain an up-to-date pipeline at all times
• Buid long-term relationship with new and existing customers
