Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Live Commerce Account Manager at Bahtera Space. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, creating engaging content for TikTok and Instagram, developing creative strategies, and solving client challenges. This role involves collaborating closely with clients and internal teams to drive successful Live Commerce campaigns.
Job Overview
As a Sales Executive at Bahtera Agency within the Live Streaming division, you will be responsible for identifying and establishing partnerships with new clients, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and actively contributing to the company’s revenue growth. You will offer services that include Live Shopping and other live streaming solutions. You will also collaborate closely with the creative team to ensure that the solutions provided align with the needs and expectations of the clients.
Your Responsibilities will include:
- Manage Brand Performance: Oversee the end-to-end performance of assigned brands, focusing on achieving revenue, awareness, and other key goals through effective promotions and content strategies.
- Operational Management: Oversee all aspects of live commerce operations, including planning, scheduling, execution, and post-event analysis.
- Content Strategy and Execution: Work with the live commerce team to develop a content calendar, brainstorm innovative content ideas, and continuously refine strategies based on platform trends and key learnings.
- Strategic Guidance: Provide expert recommendations on strategies, promotions, and content ideas to enhance brand performance on Live Commerce.
- Build Relationships: Act as the main point of contact for brands and platforms, fostering strong relationships with stakeholders, affiliate partners, and influencers.
- Collaborate Internally: Work with internal teams like live commerce, merchandising, and performance marketing to ensure aligned strategies and smooth campaign execution.
- Coordinate with Platforms: Align with platform counterparts on promotional strategies and leverage unique opportunities.
- Support Brand Onboarding and Growth: Assist in the onboarding process for new brands and contribute to their growth plans.
- Ensure Account Retention: Partner with leadership to maintain and grow existing accounts.
Who we look for – the ideal profile:
- University degree
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in ecommerce, preferably with platforms like Lazada, Shopee, TikTok, other enablers, or with brands and distributors. 2 years of experience in live commerce, such as livestreaming or short video formats, is highly desirable.
- Strong commercial mindset, adaptable, collaborative, and thrives in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Strong passion in live commerce trends - you are in the know of what is relevant and what compelling content looks like
- Strong interpersonal, communication, listening and negotiation skills
- Ability to develop a brand ecommerce strategy and translate this into annual & monthly activation plans
- Continuous growth and improvement mindset - able to work closely with the brand to A/B test different approaches to live commerce to build success stories and drive long term improvement
- Experience in developing digital / e-commerce campaign plans
- Strong analytical skills for data interpretation and performance enhancement.
- Project management experience
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
