Job Description

  • Identifies staffing and recruiting needs; develops and executes best practices for hiring and talent management.
  • Develop standard organization nomeclature, layers, and titles of roles
  • Ensure the availability of organization chart of each department
  • Establish standard OM policies, include employee movement, promotion, demotion, and assignment
  • Conduct proper job analysis, evaluation, and grading for roles in organization
  • Develop and implement human resources policies include and not limited to transactional or administration policies and procedures, hire-to-retire, processes.
  • Develop talent management policies in accordance with the goals and needs of the organization
  • Implement, evaluate & analyze talent management initiative, competency development, succession plan, career path and talent development parameters
  • Manage the succession planning, talent review, and talent pipeline processes to ensure the availability and readiness of talents for critical positions.
  • Perform employee talent support and monitoring
  • Monitor the development process for talented employees
