Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and distribution of beauty products in the general trade market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, such as retailers, wholesalers, and distributors.
- Identify new business opportunities and potential customers in the general trade market.
- Collaborate with the sales team to set sales targets and develop action plans to achieve them.
- Conduct market research to understand consumer trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
- Monitor sales performance and track progress against targets, providing regular reports and insights to management.
- Negotiate pricing, promotions, and terms of trade agreements with customers to maximize profitability and market share.
- Provide training and support to customers on product knowledge, merchandising, and promotional activities.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and satisfactory manner to maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and regulatory requirements affecting the beauty retail sector.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience (min. 1-2 years) in sales, business development, or customer relationship management, preferably in the beauty or consumer goods industry.
- Strong understanding of the general trade market dynamics, including retail channels, distribution networks, and competitor landscape.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key customers.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data, market trends, and consumer insights to drive business growth.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
