AiSensum is seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Executive to join our team. This individual will play a pivotal role in enhancing our brand awareness and imagery, particularly among marketing directors and brand managers in Indonesia. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a creative flair, capable of developing and executing impactful marketing campaigns across various platforms.
Key Responsibilities
• Increase Brand Awareness and Brand Imagery:
• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to boost AiSensum’s brand visibility and enhance its image.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for brand differentiation and positioning.
• Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing and coherent branding materials.
• Targeted Brand Promotion in Indonesia:
• Design and execute targeted campaigns to increase brand awareness among marketing directors and brand managers in Indonesia.
• Foster relationships with key stakeholders in the marketing industry, including agencies, industry associations (MMA, MEA, Campaign Asia etc), and influencers.
• Content Creation and Management:
• Develop engaging content for LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok to effectively communicate AiSensum’s value propositions and achievements.
• Prepare and submit entries for industry awards to gain recognition and build credibility.
• Collaborate with the Business Development team to plan and execute events that showcase AiSensum’s expertise and solutions.
• Website and Blog Management:
• Oversee the creation and maintenance of website content, ensuring it is up-to-date, relevant, and engaging.
• Write and publish insightful blog posts that highlight industry trends, company achievements, and thought leadership.
• Work with web developers to ensure the website is user-friendly, visually appealing, and optimized for search engines.
• Be actively involved in SEO efforts (keyword, image optimization, etc.)
• Other Marketing and Brand Building Activities:
• Identify and pursue additional marketing opportunities that align with AiSensum’s brand and business objectives.
• Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure consistency and coherence in all marketing communications.
• Analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using data to inform future strategies.
• Improve Aisensum visibility by getting invited to be speakers at events, podcasts, and conferences.
• Establish partnerships with brands or media to significantly raise awareness about the company.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience with strong understanding of advertising industry. Fresh graduate are welcome!
• Experience conducting market research and analyzing customer needs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to develop and execute effective marketing campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform product and marketing decisions.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and customer success.
• A results-driven attitude and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
