Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Pharmacy, or a related field.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing sales teams.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of diabetic products and the healthcare market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to make informed decisions.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Experience: 5+ years of sales experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry, with a focus on diabetes care/laboratory medical devices.
