CREATIVE SALES & MARKETING COPYWRITER

Role & Responsibilities:
- Execute marketing strategies across online and offline channels to drive revenue and brand campaigns.
- Build story and make script/copy on all our social media channels including IG, Tiktok, Threads, Youtube, based on our customers journey.
- Be the sales copywriter for our Banner and Media Promotion.
- Coordinate with the Paid Media & Creative team on making creative assets using Trello.
- Contact, negotiate, and deal with influencers as well as brief them to execute as per our campaign brief.
- Drive audience growth and engagement with millennial and gen Z audiences.
- Lead social & digital marketing efforts across various platforms to create an engaging customer journey.
- Project-based: Coordinate offline marketing activities, such as events and partnerships.
- Assist and coordinate our offline store distributors and studio, assist miniletics promotion in their place.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams; brand, creative, insights, and commercial for campaign strategy, insights, and performance analysis to drive engagement and revenue.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED: Essential Qualities:
- 2+ years of experience in copywriting, with a focus on both online and offline channels.
- You must be very good at building stories and making script
- Expertise in Advertising, sales & marketing copywriting, and campaign execution.
- Ability to think strategically and execute effectively.
- An organized individual with systematic thinking.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence others.
- Good negotiator
- Good English and Indonesian grammar
Preferred Qualities:
- Experience in the athletic apparel industry.
- Fluency in both Indonesian and English.
- Passionate to sports, yoga/fitness/conditioning, and culture industries.
