Job Description:
- Lead data team using various data tools (mainly Google BQ, Analytics, Tag Manager). while Providing new tools regarding data collection and implementation
- Provide Data Strategy to solve our client’s issues in digital marketing by utilizing big data by communicating to planners and converting analysis to actionable actions to ad ops
- Participate in Presenting to clients using data visualization techniques
- Managing Information in Websites and using data collection tools to provide additional insights outside of the Ads Dashboard
Requirements:
Technical
- Statistical knowledge and data analysis knowledge such as multivariate analysis, correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis, covariance, etc.
- Proficiency in MS Office, including PowerPoint and Excel.
- Proficiency in data analysis by using SQL, R, SPSS, python etc.
- Experience and knowledge in programming and data mining.
- Experience in Working with Website tools: Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager
- Experience in CRM/ Database: Salesforce. etc
Non Technical
- Writing, communication, and presentation skills in English, Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to clearly and effectively articulate insights and recommended actions.
- Strong levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
- Similar experience and Strong passion and interests in digital marketing.
