Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to achieve marketing goals and objectives for the company and clients
- Manage and optimize paid and organic marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, including social media, search engines, display advertising, and SEO
- Plan and create a small-scale A-B test campaign to optimize campaign and creative performance better
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance data to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to identify new opportunities and areas for improvement
- Supervise and be connected with any stakeholders that will support the marketing program
- Manage communication with multiple vendors and third-party trackers to achieve acquisition objectives
- Create new inventory and improve on existing inventories and services from digital marketing
- Bachelor or Master degree in marketing or a related field with proven experience in digital marketing
- Minimum 4 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on social media, SEO, SEM, and content creation
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, tools, and tactics, including email marketing, social media, SEO, SEM, paid advertising, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and TikTok Ads
- Excellent analytical and data-driven decision-making skills, with experience in generating reports and insights from marketing data
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for staying current with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices
