Job Description

  1. Develop and implement short-term and long-term production plans to meet sales forecasts and inventory targets, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  2. Collaborate closely with procurement, logistics, and production teams to ensure materials availability, timely delivery, and smooth production workflow.
  3. Monitor and evaluate daily production performance, ensuring adherence to production schedules and addressing any deviations promptly.
  4. Identify opportunities for optimizing production processes to reduce costs, improve efficiency, and maintain product quality.
  5. Prepare and present regular reports on production achievements, efficiency, and any issues, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  6. Manage inventory levels to ensure an adequate supply of raw materials and finished goods, while minimizing excess stock.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or related field.
  2. 5+ years of experience in production planning, inventory control, or manufacturing; experience in a managerial role is preferred.
  3. Strong ability to analyze production data, forecast demand, and optimize inventory levels.
  4. Proactive approach in identifying bottlenecks and implementing solutions to improve production efficiency.
  5. Excellent coordination and leadership skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and lead the production planning process.
