  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Descriptions

  • As a Marketing Communications Specialist, you will be expected to organize and manage multiple events for our brands including photoshoots, campaigns, and offline events.
  • Understand and articulate brand needs to the design team, ensuring clear communication of project objectives and deliverables.
  • Planning and developing the project briefs and requirements, ensures maximum performance, by providing purpose, concept, and direction of the projects.
  • You’ll liaise between our BOD and teams to provide content, resources, budgets, and other inquiries.
  • Make sure relevant stakeholders are kept informed on milestones and project/program progression. Analyze project status and, when necessary, revise the scope, schedule, or budget to ensure that project requirements can be met
  • Maintain project documentation, including project plans, risk registers, and issue logs
  • Contribute to quality assurance efforts by assisting in the development and implementation of project processes, and standards, and participating in project reviews and evaluations

Qualification :

  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Marketing, Communication, etc from a reputable university
  • Minimum 1-year experience in Marketing Communications, Project Management or related role preferred
  • Have a great sense of creativity, energic, great attention to detail, and knowledgeable
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive in asking questions and finding creative means to tasks
