Today, We are seeking a Social Media Specialist.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads, Instagram, YouTube Studio, TikTok Analytics, Mailchimp, Hootsuite, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of SEO/SEM, email marketing, and content creation.
  • Experience in social media management, ad buying, and optimizing digital campaigns.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Content Calendar: Maintain and execute the social media content calendar, ensuring timely and consistent posts.
  • Community Engagement: Engage with followers by responding to messages and comments to boost engagement.
  • Paid Advertising: Set up and monitor paid social media and Google ads.
  • Email Marketing: Assist in the creation and execution of email marketing campaigns, including automation and segmentation, using CRM tools such as Mailchimp.
  • Campaign Execution: Execute social media and influencer campaigns in line with quarterly goals.
  • Partnership Management: Collaborate with influencers and partners to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the production team to ensure digital content aligns with overall marketing goals and branding.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, platforms, and tools, and recommend improvements as needed.
