IT Hospital Information System Division Head

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the IT HIS division, including team supervision, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance the HIS infrastructure, including project planning, stakeholder coordination, documentation approval, compliance with standards, and team training.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and key stakeholders to align HIS initiatives with the overall goals of the organization.
• Oversee the planning, execution, and ongoing maintenance of HIS systems, ensuring they meet healthcare compliance standards.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure the timely delivery of third-party software or hardware solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement of HIS systems through regular assessments and updates, ensuring data security, user satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
• Monitor industry trends and best practices to maintain a competitive edge in the IT HIS space.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Health Information Management, Computer Science, or a related field
• At least 8-10 years of experience in IT management, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role, preferably in a healthcare industry.
• Strong knowledge of Health Information Systems (HIS) and healthcare compliance regulations.
• Proven experience managing complex IT projects and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong strategic thinking and decision-making abilities.
