To support Treasury Marketing Head activities related to Treasury marketing for respective line of business. Set and manage the overall strategic direction for Treasury Marketing unit which include activities such as sales, marketing, operations, staff functions, compliancy (internal and external), in order to meet related target to the respective Treasury Marketing unit for Retail Business.
• To set up plan, direct, and control daily activities such as to define action plan, monitor progress, and control realization of the plans within respective unit.
• To make effort to mitigate any risks of the supervised unit and maintain a good operation environment and best practice in daily operation.
• To control market risk and credit risk within the approved limits within supervised unit
• To quote prices of foreign exchange/derivative/bonds and other products to customers.
• To control customers' credit exposure against the available limit
• To ensure each transaction are booked accordingly
• To ensure clients phones are picked up, clients are called accordingly, annual meeting plans are met (or updated)
• To meet target volume, transactions, products
• To assist Head of Treasury Marketing in preparing policies & strategies of the Bank
• To maintain good relationship with existing customers.
• To provide customers market information, regulations change and other relevant matters.
• To ensure relationship with support functions are sound and healthy
