Jr Performance Marketing Manager

Ide Entitas is a marketing agency company focused on e-commerce brand, with key KPI is revenue growth through online marketing platform.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of creative content creation, advertising performance measurement, and proficiency in utilizing platforms such as Facebook Ads, CPAs, Shopee, and TikTok Ads. Additionally, a comprehensive grasp of branding and online business strategies is essential.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute digital advertising campaigns including Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Marketplace Ads (shopee, tokopedia, etc), Google Ads etc.
  • Responsible for the end to end performance marketing activities
  • Develop performance marketing strategy based on trends, consumer behaviour, and overall business strategy.
  • Control, monitor, and optimise digital advertising budget, ads delivery quality, and ads metrics (Reach, CTR, CPC, ROAS, etc)
  • Work with marketing (content and creative team) in order to create winning campaign creative.
  • Evaluate every campaign strategy and execution and propose action plan on how to improve future performance
  • Measure and report performance of all paid digital ads, and value based on KPI
  • Create daily, weekly & monthly reports of performance marketing activities.
  • Mantain report and give consultation to client that work with our agency
  • Manage team of advertiser, and overall marketing team

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or relevant field (reputable university is preferable)
  • Minimum 2 years work experience as performance marketing (having an experience in D2C brand or performance marketing agency is preferable)
  • Have experience handle skincare product
  • Have a proven experience in running paid aids (Facebook ads, Tiktok Ads, etc)
  • Familiar with Excel/Spreadsheet, Google Analytics, Facebook Ad Manager, tiktok ads manager and other digital marketing tools
  • Have the ability to conduct A/B testing and identify the winning campaign
  • Strong creative and analytical skills
  • Have a Meta media planning professional certification is a plus
