Job Overview

  • We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales and Marketing Lead to drive our marketing and sales efforts, strengthen our brand, and engage with our valued customers. This role will involve designing impactful campaigns, overseeing product launches, and enhancing customer loyalty. Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Development & Execution: Create, launch, and optimize multi-channel campaigns (social media, email, digital ads) to boost brand awareness, engagement, and sales.
  • Product Launch Management: Oversee successful product launches, including our signature and seasonal offerings, by collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive marketing.
  • Customer Engagement: Develop and implement loyalty programs, events, and personalized communications to build strong relationships and a passionate community around the Hyoshii brand.
  • Sales Enablement: Align marketing efforts with sales goals, providing the sales team with necessary materials, tools, and support to optimize the customer journey.
  • Brand Building: Ensure consistent brand messaging and tone across all channels, strengthening Hyoshii’s unique identity as a premium, locally-focused brand.
  • Market Analysis & Insights: Stay informed on market trends, customer needs, and industry activities to adjust strategies and leverage growth opportunities.
  • Content Oversight: Collaborate with content creators to develop engaging materials that tell the story of Hyoshii and resonate with our audience.
  • Digital Optimization: Drive engagement and conversions through our website, social media, and online channels, enhancing the digital customer experience.
  • Performance Analysis: Track and analyze marketing metrics, preparing reports to assess ROI and make informed adjustments.

Qualifications

  • 3-5+ years experience in marketing, with proven experience in campaign management, product marketing, or brand development. Background in FMCG, agriculture, or premium products is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Expertise in digital marketing and social media strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with performance tracking and reporting.
  • Creative thinker with an eye for detail and strong storytelling skills.
  • Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency with marketing tools and platforms (e.g., CRM, analytics, email marketing)
  • Strong interest in the agricultural industry and promoting locally grown produce is essential.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams, including sales, R&D, and customer support.
  • Position will mainly based offline in Lembang, Bandung with occasional travels to Jakarta
