  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

I hope this email/post finds you well. I am excited to share an amazing opportunity at Tech Mahindra Indonesia for the position of Project Manager. We are on the lookout for suitable candidates with hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion/Cloud ERP implementation.

To give you an idea of what we are looking for, here are the key requirements for the role:

- A solid overall Project Management experience of 10+ years, with at least 6 years specifically in Oracle ERP implementations and support as a PM resource.

- Proven experience in managing end-to-end Oracle ERP Cloud engagements, with at least two such engagements completed successfully, and an overall ERP experience of 15 years.

- A background in working with SI as part of the Oracle ERP implementation is essential.

- High proficiency in English skills, including speaking, presentation, and strong communication abilities.

- Expertise in managing status updates, driving steering committee meetings with senior management, and effectively managing their expectations.

- Capability to manage a team size of over 50 members.

- Experience with onsite and offshore delivery models.

- Ability to prepare and present accurate status updates.

- Alignment with the Delivery Manager to manage project timelines and a comprehensive understanding of the Contract/SOW.

- Proficiency in managing and updating detailed MPP plans, resource management, communication management, and conducting both board and ad-hoc meetings efficiently.

- Proficiency in Bahasa communication (both written and verbal) along with English is required.
