Indonet have an exciting opportunity to recruit Sales Manager Network to our business.

To be considered for this role, ideally you will have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. MBA or other relevant advanced degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 7 years of sales experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
  • In-depth knowledge of network products and services, including the latest industry technologies.
  • Strong ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience with CRM and sales analysis tools.

The key responsibilities for this role include:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies for network products and services.
  • Identify and capitalize on market opportunities to expand Indonet's customer base and revenue.
  • Manage client relationships and understand their needs.
  • Train and mentor the sales team to achieve optimal performance.
  • Proven ability to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, and achieve set targets.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with and influence stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
