Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and target-oriented Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent networking abilities, and experience in creating effective sales funnels. You will be responsible for driving sales initiatives, building relationships, and achieving sales targets within our key markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed targets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key target markets: communities, wellness communities, gyms, hotels, and retailers.
  • Create and manage sales funnels to optimize lead generation and conversion rates.
  • Identify new business opportunities and stay updated on market trends.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project delivery.
  • Attend industry events and network to promote Okeara's services.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales with a successful track record.
  • Strong networking and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Target-driven with a passion for achieving goals.
  • Experience in creating and managing sales funnels.
  • Must reside in Bali and be willing to work from our office in Kemenuh, Gianyar.
