What You’ll Do:

As a Senior Associate Consultant – Business Performance & Strategy, you will play a key role in delivering high-impact consulting solutions. Working closely with our leadership team and guiding associates, your responsibilities will include:

  • Strategic Planning & Analysis: Lead research and in-depth analyses on market trends, competitive landscapes, and industry benchmarks to support strategic projects such as RJPP, RKAP and Go to Market initiatives.
  • Client & Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain client relationships, actively participating in client meetings, and ensuring clear communication of project insights and outcomes.
  • Financial & Data Analysis: Drive data-driven recommendations through comprehensive data analysis and financial modeling, providing valuable insights for strategic decisions.
  • Report Development & Presentations: Craft clear, persuasive presentations and reports that communicate our strategic insights and recommendations to clients and stakeholders.
  • Project Leadership: Oversee project milestones, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality outputs, while mentoring associates and supporting their development.
  • Internal Process Optimization: Contribute to enhancing our internal processes, promoting efficiency and consistency across consulting projects.

Who We’re Looking For:

We seek an experienced consulting professional with a solid background in strategic planning and project execution:

  • Experience: 3-5 years in management consulting or relevant fields, with exposure to strategic planning projects (e.g., RJPP, RKAP, Go to Market).
  • Education: Degree from a leading university in Business, Management, or a related field, with a minimum GPA of 3.3.
  • Skills: Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis. Experience in financial modeling and strategic planning tools is highly valued.
  • Leadership: Ability to manage and mentor junior team members while driving project success.
  • Problem Solver: Strong analytical thinking, with a proactive approach to identifying challenges and proposing solutions.
  • Communication: Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
