We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team at Talent Hunts Indonesia. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving the growth of our recruitment services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the recruitment sector.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably within the recruitment industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with clients and team members.
- Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
