About the Role

Responsible for increase sales of products that are his responsibility both in terms of revenue, market share and brand image at efficient and competitive prices to achieve optimal national scale sales targets.

Responsibility :

  • Develop sales programs for the products that are his responsibility to ensure that each product can be sold optimally and expand market share so that the set sales targets are achieved.
  • Determine sales targets for the team including product composition and selling prices in all branches/areas to ensure that each sales achievement can be evaluated in accordance with each target.
  • Establish good relationships with principals regarding service level negotiations, product development, promotional plans and reporting of product sales results so as to create a mutually beneficial cooperative relationship.
  • Ensure suitability between equipment specifications and customer needs, and that its use runs well so that the level of customer satisfaction is achieved.
  • Evaluate product sales achievements in the department and make continuous improvements to achieve maximum sales scale.

Qualification :

  • Bachelor Degree, Engineering.
  • Experience min 3 years as Product Manager (Handle Painting Machinary or Tools & Generator)
  • Skill & Knowledge : Product Knowledge, Supply Chain Management, Business Process, Marketing Strategy, Inventory Management.
