Job Description

  • Use data-driven analysis to identify operational improvements, leveraging insights to make strategic adjustments that optimize productivity and reduce waste.
  • Build positive relationships with union representatives, managing labor relations to ensure a fair and cooperative working environment.
  • Implement a data-centric approach to problem-solving, using real-time data insights to drive strategic and operational improvements.
  • Regularly review performance metrics to assess business outcomes and guide resource allocation.
  • Lead negotiations and manage contract administration to promote a constructive labor environment.
  • Implement and manage ERP systems for streamlined planning, inventory, production scheduling, and logistics.
  • Use ERP data analytics to forecast demand, plan resource allocation, and optimize the supply chain from procurement to distribution.
  • Oversee HR functions, ensuring that recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies align with the organization's goals.
  • Drive the integration of HR systems for improved tracking of employee performance, attendance, and career development.
  • Champion people development initiatives, fostering a learning culture through training programs, mentorship, and succession planning to support business growth


The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree Engineering, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in manufacturing management, ideally with a strong focus on supply chain, ERP, HR, and labor relations.
  • Excellent English command, Mandarin fluency is a plus point.
  • Proven track record of using data analytics for strategic decision-making and operational improvement.
  • Experience managing labor unions, including negotiations, contract management, and employee relations.
  • Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to align teams, develop talent, and drive organizational success.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems, data analytics tools, and HRIS; familiarity with MS Office Suite and relevant manufacturing software.
