Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement account growth strategies to increase revenue within assigned accounts and expand the client base.
  2. Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, including upselling additional services and cross-selling across projects.
  3. Meet or exceed sales targets by creating and executing plans that drive client engagement and increase sales.
  4. Act as the main point of contact for Customers.
  5. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting Customer relationships.
  6. Ensure Customer satisfaction through timely communication and responsiveness
  7. Provide Sales reports, Minutes of Meetings (MoM), and documents related to Projects.
  8. Coordinate with design and project teams to ensure projects are executed according to Customer specifications.

Qualifications:

  1. Min. SMA/SMK in any discipline
  2. Min. 2 years in a similar role with preferable Interior Design Industry.
  3. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  4. Knowledge of Interior Design Principles and processes.
  5. Ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  6. Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
