Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement account growth strategies to increase revenue within assigned accounts and expand the client base.
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, including upselling additional services and cross-selling across projects.
- Meet or exceed sales targets by creating and executing plans that drive client engagement and increase sales.
- Act as the main point of contact for Customers.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting Customer relationships.
- Ensure Customer satisfaction through timely communication and responsiveness
- Provide Sales reports, Minutes of Meetings (MoM), and documents related to Projects.
- Coordinate with design and project teams to ensure projects are executed according to Customer specifications.
Qualifications:
- Min. SMA/SMK in any discipline
- Min. 2 years in a similar role with preferable Interior Design Industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of Interior Design Principles and processes.
- Ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
