What You Will Do

  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their financial needs and lending requirements.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact, addressing client inquiries and providing tailored financial solutions.
  • Loan Portfolio Management:
    • Oversee and expand a portfolio of loans, ensuring timely review, renewal, and compliance of credit facilities.
    • Actively assess, monitor, and manage risks within the portfolio, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and internal policies.
  • Credit Analysis and Underwriting
    • Perform financial analysis and credit assessments of potential borrowers to determine creditworthiness.
    • Prepare loan proposals, including risk assessments, and present them to the credit committee for approval.
  • Loan Structuring and Advisory
    • Work with clients to structure loans that align with their business needs and financial goals.
    • Provide advisory services on loan options, repayment structures, and collateral requirements.
What We Are Looking For

  • 3-4 years of experience as a Relationship Manager in P2P lending or banking.
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree, preferably in Finance, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of financial analysis, credit evaluation, and risk management.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients, understanding their needs and explaining complex financial concepts.
  • Analytical Skills: Proficiency in financial modeling and credit analysis to assess risk.
  • Sales and Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate terms and cross-sell products to support business growth.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with lending standards.
