As we are at the forefront of E-Commerce innovation, we are looking for Customer Service to join our F-Commerce Indonesia team to create excellent programs to generate best number.

Qualifications:

  • Experience managing accounts in the skincare, beauty, and electronics categories.
  • Hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms (TikTok Shop is preferred, with knowledge of Tokopedia or other marketplaces as a plus).
  • Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (Chinese language skills are a plus).
  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative.
  • Track record of consistently exceeding performance quotas.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and e-commerce practices.
  • Ability to adapt to diverse customer personalities and needs.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and time-management skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries
  • Provide accurate and helpful information regarding product details, order status, shipping, returns, and other related queries
  • Assist customers in placing orders and troubleshoot any issues they may encounter
  • Process and track customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
  • Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics teams to address order-related issues, such as delays, damages, or missing items
  • Facilitate returns and exchanges, guiding customers through the process and ensuring a seamless experience
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints or issues
  • Collaborate with other departments or the brand (client), such as the operations or product team, to address recurring issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Stay informed about product features, specifications, and promotions to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers
  • Act as a resource for customers seeking advice or recommendations about products
  • Integrating omnichannel customer service (ebuddy) with e-commerce platform store
  • Ensure the seamless integration of the customer service system with the e-commerce platform
  • Report any technical issues discovered to the Product Development
