Job Description :

  • Candidate will be strategic, analytical and have the demonstrated ability to effectively manage projects
  • Directs many aspects of execution; organizes and supervises associates' work product.
  • Design and execute financial analysis (including financial modeling capability) to support development of strategic insights (including consideration of market development, organizational options and responses, capacity/capability-building requirements etc.)
  • Lead and deliver market and operational reviews, strategic studies and business plan reviews.
  • Drive business development initiatives which will include market and proposition development.
  • Expect to get involved in driving performance and building plans for the future.
  • Relationship management with business partners, consultants, etc.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in economics (finance, accounting), engineering, with MBA or similar advanced degree preferred.
  • 3+ years relevant working experience gained either in management consulting, advisory and investment banking doing similar roles providing strategic advice to clients or from corporate strategy and corporate development roles.
  • Have experience working in Big Four Accounting Firm
  • Experience in managing multi-department team.
  • Superior quantitative and analytic skills and advanced level in Ms Office Excel and PowerPoint
  • Have ability to manage models for problem solving, variance analysis, business forecasting, financial modeling and corporate valuation.
  • Have strong attention to detail and be motivated by a fast paced business environment.
  • Have an extremely high level of customer focus and ability to partner with key internal customers.
  • Have experience with doing analysis in a fast paced and rapidly changing environment.
  • Comfortable working with cross functional teams and dealing with ambiguity.
  • Ability to drive results in a rapidly changing business environment.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to challenge or influence senior company leaders.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skill with ability to balance competing priorities.
