Job Description :
- Candidate will be strategic, analytical and have the demonstrated ability to effectively manage projects
- Directs many aspects of execution; organizes and supervises associates' work product.
- Design and execute financial analysis (including financial modeling capability) to support development of strategic insights (including consideration of market development, organizational options and responses, capacity/capability-building requirements etc.)
- Lead and deliver market and operational reviews, strategic studies and business plan reviews.
- Drive business development initiatives which will include market and proposition development.
- Expect to get involved in driving performance and building plans for the future.
- Relationship management with business partners, consultants, etc.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in economics (finance, accounting), engineering, with MBA or similar advanced degree preferred.
- 3+ years relevant working experience gained either in management consulting, advisory and investment banking doing similar roles providing strategic advice to clients or from corporate strategy and corporate development roles.
- Have experience working in Big Four Accounting Firm
- Experience in managing multi-department team.
- Superior quantitative and analytic skills and advanced level in Ms Office Excel and PowerPoint
- Have ability to manage models for problem solving, variance analysis, business forecasting, financial modeling and corporate valuation.
- Have strong attention to detail and be motivated by a fast paced business environment.
- Have an extremely high level of customer focus and ability to partner with key internal customers.
- Have experience with doing analysis in a fast paced and rapidly changing environment.
- Comfortable working with cross functional teams and dealing with ambiguity.
- Ability to drive results in a rapidly changing business environment.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to challenge or influence senior company leaders.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skill with ability to balance competing priorities.
- Work as part of a team to address complex market, strategic, operational and organizational issues.
- Goal driven - focused on helping the client to understand issues and resolve key questions; ability to drive through to an outcome and to gain stakeholder support in circumstances of complexity and ambiguity.
