Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the operation of the brand's official accounts (YTB, FB, INS, etc.), including but not limited to social media activities, content operations, fan operations, timely follow-up and review of operation strategies;

2. Combine brand promotion strategies, launch planning plans and create content based on hot events, including but not limited to text, pictures, series of posters, animated pictures or videos;

3. Plan KOL and brand linkage promotion activities, plan social media activities, increase user attention and brand stickiness, and enhance brand awareness;

4. Track promotion results through operational data analysis, and continuously adjust promotion strategies based on analysis.

Requirements:

1、Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field.

2、2+ years of experience in social media management or content creation in skin care industry.

3、Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, etc.) and social media management tools.

4、Strong copywriting and editing skills.

5、Experience with video production, including filming and editing.

6、Creative mindset with a strong eye for visual aesthetics.

7、Excellent communication and organizational skills.

8、Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

8、Local Indonesian with good Bahasa Indonesia, fluent in English;

9、Detail-oriented, open-minded, flexible, creative and sensitive to local skin care industry marketing.
