We’re looking for an Account Manager to deliver excellent service and ensure the success of our fulfillment clients. In this role, you’ll proactively manage client relationships, provide valuable insights, and work cross-functionally to resolve any issues, all while focusing on client satisfaction and growth.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain proactive communication and deliver top-tier service to fulfillment clients.
- Strengthen client partnerships, ensuring clear, consistent communication to prevent information gaps.
- Track and report client growth metrics, and provide insights into client performance.
- Monitor and report on operational errors and returns, working with the Warehouse team to resolve any client issues.
- Regularly communicate with clients through WhatsApp, Telegram, and phone, offering support and addressing their needs.
- Educate clients on new features, offerings, and fulfillment SOPs through training and regular updates.
- Conduct on-site visits to clients to identify growth opportunities within our platform and support their success.
- Prepare client satisfaction reports, analyzing sales growth trends and error rates to identify improvement opportunities.
Qualifications:
- 6+ months of experience in Account Management or a client-facing role
- Strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills
- Willingness and ability to travel for client visits
- Experience in logistics, e-commerce, or fulfillment is a plus
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of meeting deadlines
