Our Client FM7 Resort Hotel, located in Tangerang, is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager with a strong background in managing KPIs, training, and recruitment within the hospitality industry. This position is critical in ensuring efficient HR management and supporting the hotel's operational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Selection: Oversee the recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes for all levels of employees, ensuring the hotel’s staffing needs are met with qualified candidates.
  • KPI Management: Develop and monitor the implementation of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across departments to ensure the achievement of operational targets.
  • Training & Development: Design and execute regular employee training programs to enhance skills, service quality, and operational efficiency within the hotel.
  • Performance Management: Establish and manage the performance evaluation system, providing feedback to employees and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Workplace Culture Development: Foster a positive, inclusive, and service-oriented work culture.
  • HR Compliance & Policies: Ensure that the hotel’s HR policies comply with labor laws and protect the interests of both the company and employees.
  • Employee Relations: Manage employee relations and resolve workplace issues, including addressing grievances and conducting mediations.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience as an HR Manager, particularly within the hospitality or hotel industry.

Skills:

  • Strong expertise in recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing KPIs.
  • Deep understanding of employee training and development within the hospitality sector.
  • Familiarity with labor laws and HR best practices.
