Job Description:

As an Agency Account Manager, you will be the primary contact for our clients, responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, understanding client goals, and ensuring our services align with their objectives. Your role will involve coordinating between clients and our internal teams, managing campaigns, and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, understanding their goals, preferences, and challenges.
  • Serve as the main point of contact between clients and the internal team to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (creative, strategy, production) to deliver high-quality solutions aligned with client needs.
  • Prepare and present campaign proposals, budgets, and performance reports.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services, contributing to client retention and revenue growth.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, representing the company in client meetings, pitches, and industry events.
  • Manage client feedback and proactively address any issues or concerns.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Account Manager, preferably in an agency environment.
  • Strong understanding of marketing, advertising, and digital channels.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects with a high degree of professionalism and attention to detail.
  • Analytical and strategic mindset with a solution-oriented approach.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and CRM software is a plus.
