About the Role

The candidate will responsible for managing sales activities (B2B) in order to achieve maximum sales targets that in line with the established strategy.

What will you be doing?

  • Analyze and develop work plans in the sales process (visit schedules, customer data, etc.) to ensure that the strategies that have been prepared from superiors can be implemented properly.
  • Distributing sales targets to each sales team
  • Leading a team related to sales activities starting from customer visits, prospecting, providing solutions to customer, to achieve maximum sales targets.
  • Examine and review incoming prospects to create the right strategy
  • Coordinate with the Merchandising department to ensure the right products and services that can be offered fits with potential customer needs
  • Monitor and evaluate all department activities in achieving maximum work productivity and sales.
  • Monitor the Account Receivable (AR) to ensure payments are received based on terms of payment.
  • Establish and expand business relationships with new customers to obtain optimal sales.
  • Monitor and coordinate product delivery to customers based on the agreement including quality and quantity, in order to ensure a high customer satisfaction index is achieved.
  • Supervise and monitor the handling process related to customer inquiries and complaints to ensure good cooperative relations are maintained.
  • Update knowledge related to market activities (competitors, prices, customer activities, products) for consideration in expanding opportunities to acquire customers.

What do we look for?

  • Bachelor's Degree in any major
  • Have experience min. 2 years as Assistant Sales Project Manager, preferably in retail business
  • Experience in working to critical deadlines
  • Expert skill in salesmanship, negotiation, analytical thinking, and leadership
  • Experience in planning, forecasting, and budgeting
  • Willing to travel
