  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Bali Family Hangout, located in Ubud, is a kids activity center, family restaurant, and community gathering space dedicated to providing parents with freedom and relaxation while nurturing the growth and development of children. Our focus is on creating a space where families can bond, and children can engage in both play and educational activities to support their holistic well-being.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a General Manager at Bali Family Hangout in Ubud. The General Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the activity center and restaurant, manage staff, coordinate events and activities, and ensure a welcoming and safe environment for families. They will also be responsible for budgeting, marketing initiatives, and maintaining high standards of service and cleanliness.

Qualifications

  • 5 plus years in Leadership and Management
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills
  • Financial Management and Budgeting skills
  • Experience in Hospitality industry
  • Event Planning and Coordination skills
  • Customer Service and Relationship Management skills
  • Flexibility and Problem-Solving abilities
  • Knowledge of Child Development and Family Services is a plus
  • Excellent Bahasa and English spoken and written
  • Must be Indonesian or hold a valid working permit
  • Must already in Bali and willing to live less than 1 hour drive from Bali Family hangout
