Your responsibilities include:

  • Handling emails, live chat and phone inquiries from customers in a timely manner
  • Investigate problems / issues raised by customers
  • Resolve customers’ complaints promptly
  • Refer to relevant sales team on business opportunities
  • Keep up to date on our company’s products and services

Working hours: 2.5 days per week (full and/or half days)

Must Have

  • Diploma or higher
  • Fluent in written and spoken English & Bahasa Indonesia
  • Excellent communication skills and strong problem-solving skills
  • Patient, polite, customer-oriented and good service attitude
  • At ease with software and new technology awareness

Nice to Have

  • Previous working experience in a customer support role or IT industry is a plus
  • Immediate availability
