Your responsibilities include:
- Handling emails, live chat and phone inquiries from customers in a timely manner
- Investigate problems / issues raised by customers
- Resolve customers’ complaints promptly
- Refer to relevant sales team on business opportunities
- Keep up to date on our company’s products and services
Working hours: 2.5 days per week (full and/or half days)
Must Have
- Diploma or higher
- Fluent in written and spoken English & Bahasa Indonesia
- Excellent communication skills and strong problem-solving skills
- Patient, polite, customer-oriented and good service attitude
- At ease with software and new technology awareness
Nice to Have
- Previous working experience in a customer support role or IT industry is a plus
- Immediate availability
