JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensuring all products manufactured in the company are safe and meet the requirement of quality standards in terms of RM/PM, production process, and finished goods.​
  • Implement ISO 9001, FSSC 22000 system​
  • Implement QRMP and Golden Rules standards in the factory​
  • Issuing document control procedures that contain guidelines for developing, distributing, and revising the documents; distribution list​
  • Leading preparation of compliance system audit to ensure quality systems are implemented as well as monitoring corrective and preventive action after audit​
  • Ensuring GMP and HACCP are implemented in the factory​
  • Assisting in handling customer complaints​
  • Ensuring regulatory compliance by checking and comparing product formula with food regulations and quality standard

REQUIREMENTS

  • Min. Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology or Food Science or equivalent​
  • Having more than 5 years of experience in the same field​
  • Deep knowledge of quality standards regulated by the company (QRMP, Golden Rules, HACCP, GMP) and government (Halal, etc)​
  • Good understanding of the production process​
  • Strong knowledge of quality assurance​
  • Detail oriented​, good communication skills​, able to influence others​
  • Willing to be placed in Karawang
