We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Scrum Master to join our innovative team in Jakarta. As a Scrum Master, you will play a crucial role in guiding and training our Scrum Teams and the organization in the principles and practices of Scrum. You will be pivotal in fostering a culture of continuous improvement, self-organization, and a collaborative, participative decision-making environment.

Job Descriptions:

  • Facilitate the understanding and implementation of Scrum theory and practices within the Scrum Team and the wider organization.
  • Help develop a culture of continuous improvement, self-organization, and a supportive environment for collaborative and participative decision-making.
  • Identify and remove impediments to the Scrum Team's progress.
  • Assist the Product Owner in defining effective Product Goals and managing the Product Backlog.
  • Guide the Scrum Team to focus on creating high-value Increments that meet the Definition of Done.
  • Measure and enhance the performance of the Scrum Team and report on their progress.
  • Ensure that all Scrum events take place, are productive, and adhere to the timebox.

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach.
  • Profound knowledge of Agile Mindset and Scrum Framework.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to drive momentum within the team and organizationally.

Additional Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in Product/Project Management.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Leader in Software Development.
  • Proficiency in product management tools such as JIRA.
  • Skilled in using retrospective support tools.
  • Ability to transform team and organizational progress data into actionable insights.
  • Professional certification as an Agile practitioner is highly desirable.
