Position Overview

We are seeking a full-time on-site Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Specialist located in Jakarta. In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing our online visibility and driving organic traffic to our website through effective SEO strategies. You will work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement SEO best practices, conduct keyword research, optimize content, and analyze performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify opportunities for content creation and optimization
  • Optimize website content and structure for better search engine visibility and user experience
  • Develop and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on website performance metrics and SEO-related KPIs
  • Collaborate with content creators, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into all digital media and websites
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and algorithm changes in SEO and search engine marketing
  • Assist in executing link-building strategies and outreach campaigns to enhance domain authority


Requirements
  • Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role with a strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking methods
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Experience with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz, or similar software
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset for making decisions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate across teams
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects efficiently under deadlines
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and website management is a plus
