Job responsibilities:
- Responsible for upgrading the brand equity of the group brand, sub-brand, new business format, KA brand, implementing the brand visual system and standards, not limited to the application in social media & advertising, and long-term brand application scenarios.
- Responsible for the design of marketing and promotion activities related to the group's brand, such as online advertising visuals, offline activities, packaging and peripheral design, etc. The brand center leads the style of activities and creative landing.
- Study market trends and competitors' brand strategies, participate in market insights and analysis, and propose innovative design concepts.
- Cooperate with the execution of a series of style and element style definition plans, and co-create offline materials such as packaging display racks with the planning team.
- Lead the team to complete the concept setting, design execution, manage the project schedule of brand design, ensure the same frequency and timely delivery of high-quality work results.
- Promote the improvement of team design capabilities and share design guidance experience.
- Supervise and guide the materials department/external suppliers to ensure that production meets brand standards.
- Other work delivered by the brand center.
Job requirements:
- More than 5-8 years of advertising design experience, with rich experience in brand social, digital advertising creativity, and brand marketing design.
- Majors related to fine arts and design, with high aesthetic and expressive abilities in fine arts, experience in building visual systems (important), and visual innovation cases (important) are preferred.
- Excellent business understanding ability, strong driving force, effective listening and feedback, understanding of upstream and downstream design intentions, and clear communication.
- Experience in visual execution team management (important), project management, strong coordination and communication skills.
- Sharp content insight, keep up with the trend, good at brand perception packaging and other abilities, with brand operation, large-scale /S-level network activities experience.
- Proficient in English (both written and spoken).
- Strong sense of responsibility, meticulousness, strong creative execution ability, and implementation ability are crucial.
