As they continue to scale, they are looking for an experienced, innovative, and results-driven Brand & Digital Marketing Manager to lead their efforts in amplifying brand presence and growing their digital footprint.

The Brand & Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for creating and executing strategies that enhance brand identity, drive online traffic, and generate leads across both B2B and B2C channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of e-commerce, digital marketing trends, content creation, and analytics, with a proven ability to blend brand storytelling with data-driven decision-making. You will be integral to defining the marketing strategy for their beauty product offerings and positioning the company as a trusted leader in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Strategy & Management:

• Lead the development and execution of the overall brand strategy for both B2B and retail health & beauty markets.

• Ensure consistency of brand messaging and visual identity across all channels, including digital, print, and physical touchpoints.

• Develop and manage the brand positioning, tone of voice, and messaging tailored to different target audiences.

• Monitor brand perception and conduct market research to refine brand strategies and optimize consumer engagement.

Digital Marketing:

• Oversee the creation and execution of digital marketing campaigns that increase traffic, engagement, and conversion across e-commerce platforms and retail channels.

• Manage SEO/SEM strategies to drive organic search traffic and paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Social Media Ads, etc.) to increase visibility and sales.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize user experience and conversion rates on our website and digital platforms.

• Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital campaigns, providing regular reports and actionable insights to leadership.

Content Development & Social Media:

• Develop and manage content strategy, including blog posts, videos, email marketing campaigns, and social media assets that resonate with both B2B customers and retail consumers.

• Oversee social media channels (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.) to drive engagement, brand awareness, and lead generation.

• Lead content creation and collaborate with designers, copywriters, and external agencies to produce high-quality assets.

E-commerce Strategy:

• Work closely with the sales and product teams to ensure e-commerce offerings align with brand positioning and market demand.

• Help drive online sales growth by implementing promotional strategies, product launches, and e-commerce partnerships.

• Monitor competitor digital marketing activities and industry trends to inform and refine marketing tactics.

Collaboration & Leadership:

• Collaborate with internal teams including sales, product, and customer service to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with company objectives and support growth goals.

• Manage external agency relationships, ensuring that all campaigns, creative, and digital initiatives are executed effectively and on schedule.

• Mentor and lead junior team members, fostering a creative and results-oriented work environment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (MBA a plus).

• 5+ years of experience in brand management, digital marketing, and e-commerce, preferably within B2B and retail health & beauty sectors.

• Proven experience creating and executing digital marketing campaigns that drive traffic, engagement, and sales growth.

• Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, SEO/SEM, email marketing platforms, etc.).

• Experience with e-commerce platforms and CRM tools.

• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

• Creative thinker with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a fast-paced, growing company.

• Familiarity with consumer and B2B marketing, particularly within the health & beauty industry, is a plus.
