- Manage and optimize Rahasia Beauty's presence across multiple e-commerce platforms to maximize reach and sales performance.
- Develop and execute effective marketing strategies and promotions tailored for regular days and special campaign periods across all channels.
- Design and maintain a competitive pricing strategy, adapting to market trends and seasonal demands.
- Track, analyze, and report on monthly marketing performance to ensure growth targets are met.
- Propose and monitor monthly marketing budgets, adjusting tactics as needed to maximize ROI.
- Set ambitious but achievable monthly sales goals for each channel, utilizing all available marketing tools and features to drive sales.
- Supervise live commerce activities on social platforms to boost customer engagement and conversion rates.
- Build and nurture relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), coordinating live events and designing exclusive promotional bundles.
- Lead exclusive product launches, special promotions, and brand collaborations to enhance visibility across all channels.
- Support the planning and execution of company events to align e-commerce strategies with brand experiences.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in e-commerce management, ideally within the beauty or personal care industry.
- Strong understanding of various e-commerce and social commerce platforms, with a track record of driving successful campaigns.
- Proven ability to analyze performance data, adjust strategies in real time, and achieve growth goals.
- Excellent communication skills to maintain positive partnerships with KOLs and key stakeholders.
