Trainer Specialist (Head Office)

Hebe Beauty Style is a company engaged in beauty with the brands Y.O.U, Barenbliss, Dazzle Me, Lavojoy, and Glamfix. This company was first launched and debuted in the Indonesian market in mid-2018. Currently we are looking for Trainer Specialist for our Head Office placement in Pluit, North Jakarta. This position handles Field Trainer and/or Beauty Advisor and is responsible for training product knowledge, SOP, selling skills, and personal grooming. If you have experienced as a Trainer in beauty industry and is a makeup enthusiast, this position is suitable for you! Here are the details:

What you will be responsible of:

1. Design, prepare and run an effective training program for new hires, as well as existing sales force, aiming to boost sales performance and, improve process execution.

2. Help to increase area sales by providing techniques to deal with area problems and participating in helping oversee sales of Beauty Advisors directly in the field.

3. Evaluate sales performance, analyze the performance gaps and determine training needs for sales individuals and teams

4. Pre-class preparation for regular training (courseware, auxiliary materials, classroom arrangements, and coordination notices)

What we are looking for:

• S1 any major
• Have the ability and knowledge about the cosmetics industry
• Have experience as a trainer or teaching experience
• Mastering Microsoft (MS) Office: Excel & Word; proficient in using PowerPoint
• Able to work & learn fast, thorough, disciplined, willing to work with targets and able to work under pressure, able to work with a team
• Willing to have traveling and overtime with highly frequent.
• Have knowledge about makeup
