The Sales Account Executive is responsible for driving sales of Woodlam’s sustainable timber products and solutions to a variety of clients, including developers, architects, and project managers. This role supports the Sales department by building strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and providing expert guidance on Woodlam’s product offerings. The Sales Account Executive will work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve revenue targets and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management
Act as the main point of contact for clients, managing communications between the client and Woodlam’s internal teams.
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through regular check-ins, updates, and meetings.
- Sales and Business Development
Identify new business opportunities and potential clients within the construction, real estate, and architecture industries.
Conduct cold calls, outreach, and follow-up to generate new leads.
Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals tailored to each client’s needs.
- Consultation and Product Guidance
Provide expert consultation to clients regarding Woodlam’s sustainable timber products and solutions.
Conduct site visits to assess project requirements and advise on the best Woodlam products to meet client needs.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product innovations to offer informed guidance.
- Client Meetings and Site Visits
Attend and lead various client meetings, project discussions, and sales negotiations.
Conduct on-site assessments and provide feedback on product selection and installation processes.
- Collaboration and Cross-Functional Communication
Work closely with internal teams, including Marketing, Product Development, and Logistics, to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
Coordinate with project management teams to ensure timely delivery and installation of products.
- Sales Reporting and Performance Tracking
Monitor and report on sales activities, client engagement, and performance metrics using CRM tools.
Provide regular sales forecasts and updates to the leadership team.
- Market and Client Feedback
Gather feedback from clients to identify areas for improvement in product offerings or service delivery.
Provide insights to the Marketing and Product teams to enhance client satisfaction and drive future product development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in construction materials, real estate, or a related industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
- Strong understanding of the sales process, from lead generation to closing deals.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools.
- Fluent in English and Indonesian.
