  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

RESPONSIBLITIES:

  • Plan, prepare, monitor and control all financial aspects, including budget OPEX and CAPEX.
  • Ensure financial reporting timeliness as well as realization of cash inflow, expenses to be efficient, consistent disbursement procedures, accountable fixed assets recording, monitor the stock/ inventory accurate count and reporting.
  • Evaluate and analyze Finance and Accounting departments activities, capabilities, performance and budget.
  • Tax Stamp control
  • Support New Product Commercialization
  • Ensure right team members in organization, capacity and capabilities and motivation in production operation support organization
  • Ensure compliance to local regulations and functional policies (pertaining PSAK and tax regulations)
  • Develop and lead implementation for cost down, optimizations and innovations.
  • Provide weekly report and submit to HQ (cash & bank movement& A/R report).
  • To check & ensure the payment of payable & expenses is executed in timely manner.
  • Manage HSE and 6S aspects in the department
  • Manage human resources in the department (e.g.: manpower planning, assignments, appraisal, etc.)
  • Develop and drive Department Key Performance Indicators
  • Liaise with HQ, banks, auditors, consultants, and tax authorities

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree (S1) in Accounting or equivalent
  • Having more than 7+ years in managerial position in Manufacturing preferred from Tobacco or FMCG industry
  • Strong knowledge in taxation and cost control
  • Good understanding of tobacco industry related regulations preferred
  • Meticulous and detail
  • Good negotiation skills
  • Strong analytical skills, forward thinking, and conceptual thinking
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)
  • Have capability to manage internal & external stakeholders
  • Strong people management skill
  • Experience in ERP applications
  • Advanced in Microsoft Excel skills
  • Intermediate presentation skills
  • Willing to take up cross function responsibility
  • Work in Malang and travelling if necessary
  • Willing to do ad hoc assignments
