Role Description
The purpose of a Sales Property Manager at OXO is to assist clients & investors in purchasing of assets within the company’s real estate portfolio, offering the highest quality of customer service in the process.
The Sales Property Manager is responsible for communicating the benefits of the company's products in order to drive sales. This team serves as the point of contact between the company and its prospects or clients. They have a range of responsibilities including identifying and educating prospective customers while supporting existing clients with information and assistance that relates to the company’s products and services. OXO is looking for a motivated sales talent and will assure to set him/her up for success from the start by offering access to sophisticated sales and marketing tools, online resources, lead-generation advantages and ultimately a strong & trusted brand in the market.
Responsibilities:
• Professionally handles new leads.
• Identifying and qualifying leads.
• Educating new leads about the company’s product and service portfolio in detail.
• Follow up with former leads on their old and new enquiries.
• Conduct sales calls, property viewings & tours with potential clients.
• Able to connect with clients and answer their questions regarding products, ROI, legal and tax topics, with the help of company’s tax consultant and legal team.
• Close sales deals to drive profit for the company.
• Collaborate with partner agents to drive sales.
• Closely coordinating with other company departments (e.g. Finance, Legal, etc...) to support on closing deals.
• Regularly liaising with the Marketing department for developing & updating sales materials (brochures, website, etc...), marketing reports to property owners, and packages for clients.
• Frequent use of the company’s CRM system in order to keep all client’s data updated.
• Responsible to pick up the company’s phone as the first point of contact from any new leads.
• Build extensive knowledge of local market developments to answer any questions the client might have and to monitor the competition.

• Delivers comprehensive and insightful analysis to support and review sales strategies & processes with the team.

• Strong written & verbal communication skills, especially in English
• Excellent sales & negotiation skills
• Proactive and self-motivated attitude
• Good time management and organizational skills
• Detail oriented and target driven
• Good knowledge of CRM systems
• Very equipped to build relations with clients & investors
• An agile team player that knows how to get the work done
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Min 2 - 3 years' experience in property sales
• Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) tools
• Property sales experience in Bali with an existing network of clients/investors is a big plus
