Our products are biodegradable, compostable, and easily recycled , containing zero plastic or toxic chemicals. With a focus on high service levels, we ensure consistent delivery of quality products like paper straws, cups, food takeaway boxes, cassava bags, and more, all certified to EU standards.

Role Overview

As the Sales Manager, you will lead our sales efforts, driving growth and building long-term partnerships. You’ll identify new opportunities, develop strategies to reach sales targets, and building and maintaining customer relationships who share our commitment to sustainability., and achieving sales targets. This role will involve working closely with the sales team and other departments to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
  • Identify and engage new customers while nurturing existing relationships.
  • Collaborate with production and marketing teams to align efforts.
  • Monitor industry trends and customer needs to spot opportunities.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in packaging or related industries.
  • Experience in managing sales activities and leading a sales team
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets and build client relationships.
  • Sales Strategy Development, Customer Relationship Management, and Sales Target Achievement.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Passion for sustainability and eco-friendly products.
  • Knowledge of the F&B industry and eco-friendly products is a plus.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
