Job Description:

  • Building strategies to boost presence in conventional and digital media (thought leadership) while also managing reputation/issues.
  • Content development: Key messages, press releases, articles, speeches, briefing book, developing PPT presentation for seminar/webinar/media/thought leadership events.
  • Press/Media communications and relations, and reports
  • Corporate Social Responsibility
  • Communications Reports for an internal audience (internal News)
  • Regulatory-required reports: Report to OJK suach as Financial literacy activities
  • Drafting report: Sustainability Report, Annual Report, Financial literacy activities

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Management or other major.
  • Minimum 4-7 years of experience as corporate communications and/or consultant for a Public Relations agency (with exposure handling Life Insurance and Insurance clients)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information effectively to various stakeholders and audiences
  • Editing and proofreading: Exceptional attention to detail in editing and proofreading written materials for accuracy, grammar, clarity, and consistency.
  • Press releases and media materials: Experience crafting press releases, media advisories, fact sheets, and other media materials that effectively communicate key information and generate media coverage.
  • Experience managing crisis communication situations effectively, demonstrating good judgment, and ensuring consistent messaging.
