We are currently looking for Account Executive and Senior Account Executive, will contact shortlisted candidate based on the profile match.
This role responsible for supporting the Account Team in managing and growing the agency's clients and accounts. This includes working with the account team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies, building and maintaining client relationships, and executing the plans set by the Account Manager.
About the Role:
Day-to-day:
- Maintain Agency – client good relationship in the team
- Supervise timeline & milestones + ensure all ongoing projects are within timeline
- Supervise all ongoing projects to guarantee and maintain excellence
- Safeguard client’s property by taking all reasonable precautions to avoid loss or failure
- Ensure warm yet professional service quality with partnership and personalized model
- Retain clients satisfaction for result and relationship
- Coordinate with finance team to manage budget and spending during project
- Able to give update about the trend, data etc, give initiative idea, & be consultant for client
Responsibilities:
- Has related field 1 year (for Account Executive) 2-3 years (for Senior Account Executive) of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success in account management
- Strong in communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to think strategically and develop and implement effective marketing plans
- Strong understanding of digital marketing trends and technologies
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong project management skills Industry knowledge and network
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
- Good presentation and negotiation skills
- Strong client-facing skills
- Proven ability to handle multiple accounts and lead them to success
- Strong team management and mentoring skills
- Proven ability to anticipate and manage potential issues and escalations
