11. Create compelling narratives and case studies showcasing participants' success stories to inspire and motivate the organization's community.

12. Develop strategies to foster active engagement and participation within the Leadapreneur community.

13. Create and manage interactive content that encourages collaboration and knowledge sharing among participants.

14. Respond to community inquiries and feedback, promoting a positive and inclusive atmosphere.

15. Build strong relationships with clients, particularly in banking and finance, to encourage deeper community involvement.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

2. Min. 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing or a related role specialized in digital marketing or fintech

3. Strong digital marketing knowledge (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing).

4. Proficiency in project management tools and digital marketing platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media schedulers, email marketing platforms).

5. Understanding of financial principles and products, particularly P2P lending, crowdfunding, and P2P marketplaces and also of regulations and compliance related to the P2P industry.

6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and inspire audiences.

7. Design and video editing skills are a bonus.

8. A passion for innovation and keeping up with the latest trends in digital marketing and content production.
