As we continue to grow, we’re seeking a motivated and creative Marketing Manager to oversee the marketing efforts for all our outlets, driving foot traffic and ensuring the success of our promotions and events.

About the Role:

As the Marketing Manager for Soul Cafes Group, you will report directly to the Director and lead the strategy and execution of marketing activities across all four of our restaurant outlets. Working closely with our in-house marketing and content teams, as well as an external digital marketing agency, you’ll be responsible for creating and promoting campaigns that drive customer engagement, foot traffic, and brand loyalty. From digital and social marketing to mini-events, promotions, and partnerships, you’ll help shape the brand image and growth of our restaurants.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement multi-channel marketing strategies to promote Soul Cafes Group’s restaurant brands and drive customer visits.

Oversee the execution of promotional campaigns, mini-events, seasonal offers, and collaborations that boost engagement and restaurant bookings.

Manage and mentor the internal marketing and content teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging across all digital and offline channels.

Collaborate with the external digital marketing agency to manage content creation, social media campaigns, and paid advertisements across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and Google.

Ensure that each restaurant maintains a strong and consistent social media presence, reflecting its unique atmosphere and offering.

Analyze campaign performance and provide regular reports to the Director on marketing activities, identifying areas for growth and improvement.

Work with restaurant management teams to align marketing efforts with operational goals, ensuring promotions and events run smoothly.

Stay on top of digital marketing trends, competitor activities, and industry insights to keep Soul Cafes Group at the forefront of Bali’s restaurant scene.

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in a marketing role, preferably within the F&B or hospitality industry.

Strong background in digital marketing, with a focus on social media platforms, content creation, and paid ads.

Experience managing and mentoring internal marketing teams, as well as collaborating with external agencies.

A creative and results-oriented mindset with a passion for driving brand awareness and customer engagement.

Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple campaigns and events simultaneously.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey the brand’s voice across channels.

A deep understanding of Bali’s restaurant and hospitality market is a plus.
