Job Summary

We’re seeking a skilled Account Manager to join our team and lead the success of 15+ client accounts. In this role, you'll work closely with a dedicated team, including a Designer, Copywriter, and Klaviyo Technician, to plan strategies, manage campaigns, and deliver outstanding client results. You’ll be responsible for reporting key insights, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring optimal performance across accounts, all while directly reporting to the agency's founder and head of operations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead client communications and manage 15+ client accounts
  • Collaborate with a pod team (Designer, Copywriter, and Klaviyo Technician) to execute client campaigns
  • Plan topics, strategies, and content calendars tailored to each client’s goals
  • Oversee client performance in Klaviyo, identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Prepare reports on wins and insights, maintaining clear communication with clients
  • Answer client questions and provide strategic guidance
  • Review email designs to ensure quality and alignment with client goals

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience with Klaviyo and managing e-commerce accounts
  • Proven time management and problem-solving skills
  • Strong English communication skills for client interaction
  • Experience working autonomously and managing multiple accounts
